The writings of author Devin L. Walker
A human rights organizer and public speaker, the author has penned two books
that address important issues of our time.
DEVIN L. WALKER is a lifelong member of the African Methodist Episcopal (AME)
Zion Church and has been a Pan-African organizer for close to twenty years.
He is also a founding member of the People Before Profit Community Healthcare Project (www.PeopleBeforeProfit.org), which is an alternative healthcare project modeled after and inspired by the Cuban healthcare system. This project was created to improve the health of residents in the historical Deanwood community of Northeast, Washington, DC through effective education and organization. Professionally, Devin is part founder
and co-owner of the National Equal Opportunity Institute, a technical resource center for
Equal Opportunity and Civil Rights. He has over 16 years of experience as a Civil Rights coach,
investigator and dispute resolution officer.
His
book, "The Way of the Gentiles", draws from the Holy Bible, historical and
geographical documents, religious theory and political ideology to explain the
true identity of the Gentiles and the lost sheep of Israel along with biblical
prophecy concerning their role in modern world events. |

in 2002, "An Appeal to the African Church in America: Beware of False Profit$"
documents the development of greed since the birth of Jesus and charts the
church’s role in this process. It describes the ongoing state of African
descendents around the world and puts forth ways to correct and resolve the
identified issues. |
