Appendix A of "The Way of the Gentiles" contains the second newsletter of The Kemit Report I wrote in 1992.  In the wake of the deadly murders of two Black men at the hands of police officers in Louisiana and Minnesota on July 7, 2016, I am sharing this plan again for those churches and organization looking for ideas on what they can do to help bring about systematic and fundamental change in the country and world.  This plan is in resolution form and was submitted to the AME Zion Church in the same year (1992) for its consideration.
